You also have the flexibility to create a custom menu to cater for special dietary requirements or to a themed event. The chef will work with you to create an unforgettable experience.
Rates
November, February – March: $1850 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
$1650 per hour (minimum 8 hours)
December – January:
Sunday – Thursday $2050 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Friday & Saturday $2250 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
$1850 per hour (minimum 8 hours)
Food & Beverages: Additional (see menu below)
BYO food: $5 per person per hour
BYO beverages: $5 per person per hour (includes soft drinks package)
No BYO in December & January
Wait staff: $360 per wait staff (4 hours)
$90 per hour thereafter
1 required per 10 guests
Chef fee: $440 (4 hours)
$110 per hour thereafter
Wharf fees: $50 per docking
