Rate

March – September: $1100 per hour (minimum 3 hours)

October – February: $1100 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

Overnight Charter: From $11000 + 20% APA

7 nights: $71500 + 20% APA

Food & Beverages: Additional (see menu below)
BYO food: $20 per person
BYO beverages: $20 per person

Wait staff: $400 per wait staff (4 hours)
$85 per wait staff per hour for every additional hour
1 wait staff is recommended for hires up to 10 guests

Wharf fees: $50 per docking

Policy

No shoes onboard.

Rates are subject to change on public holidays and special events.

Public holiday surcharges: 25% on yacht hire, food and beverage packages, 100% on all staff fees.

All prices for special events are POA. (Include Australia Day, Boxing Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day).

Nudity, strippers and topless waiters are not permitted as part of any charter onboard TOPAZ.

20% APA (advanced provisioning allowance) covers the cost of the following and any funds not spent are refunded at the end of the hire.

APA covers:
– All provisions provided based on client preference sheets
– All beverages and alcohol provided based on client preference sheets
– Fuel consumed during duration of hire as specified on hire agreement
– Some itineraries may incur a relocation fee and will be POA
– All shore-based activities
– Special requests made by the hireer which are not supplied by the yacht as per the hire agreement
– Additional guests for day or evening events
– Specialty water sports not provided by yacht

Topaz is a hire & drive vessel which means that either with adequate proof of previous experience handling vessels or participation in our induction course, guests can skipper the vessel themselves. We also have a list of approved skippers they can engage with to drive the vessel on the guests behalf.

The hirer of the yacht must sign and complete the vessels hire agreement. The yacht is hired on a bare boat basis. Guests are permitted to drive the vessel themselves with the appropriate induction and training or satisfactory proof of previous experience handling vessels. Alternatively, guests can engage in a Captain for their hire which we have a list of inducted captains. We will provide upon booking confirmation. Stewardess is additional and we can organise this for you.

The hirer must engage the Captain directly (ie. Casual agreement and invoicing). We have sample agreements available so please let us know if you would like to use one for this process.

The skipper rates start from $130 per hour minimum 3 hours. A stewardess is optional and we can arrange if required at the regular rate of $100 per hour minimum 3 hours.
